Walkthrough
Contact us to schedule a venue tour. We are happy to walk around the venue and discuss your specific needs to make sure we are a good fit.
Hold my Date
In order to hold your date on our schedule you must return a signed contract along with a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your wedding or event.
Service fee / tip
Oasis does not charge service fees or tips. Individual vendors may have their own fees or policies.
Events per day
We focus on each client to make their experience the best ever, accordingly we host only one event per day.
Guest list
Oasis Wedding and Events can accommodate up to 50 people.
Discount
The Oasis family is directly connected to service and gladly offers a military discount to our active duty service members and retirees. Inquire about our referral program.
Vendors
Oasis has a preferred vendor list of trusted professionals however, you are welcome to use your preferred vendors. You must provide Oasis your selected vendor(s) contact information to facilitate coordination with Oasis at least two weeks in advance of your ceremony or event. Vendors must be insured and comply with all local, state, and federal laws and licensing requirements.
Alcohol
You or you preferred vendor may provide alcohol for your wedding, reception, or event. You or your vendor will be responsible for ensuring that minors are not served and monitor for over consumption. Oasis staff will neither provide nor serve alcohol to you or your guests and reserves the right to direct inebriated persons to leave the premises.
ABC license
Cash bar selling of alcohol - all Virginia laws, regulations, and policies are in effect and the vendor must have an ABC license.
Photography
Oasis has an exclusive agreement with a professional wedding photographer, Mila Jackson Photography, to provide photography as a package add on.
Restrooms
On site restrooms are not available due to county and state restrictions. There are several options for latrine service providers. We recommend contracting executive latrines for your wedding or event.
Live music or a DJ
Yes, either is fine. Oasis will work with whomever you hire to ensure that your wedding or event has the musical ambiance that you want while adhering to all county ordinances.
Item storage
Oasis can accommodate storing items such as decorations, beverages, apparel, etc. for up to a week before your wedding or event. Drop off appointments are scheduled to last a maximum of 2 hours. Inquire for more details.
Pets
Due to health and safety concerns, pets are not allowed. Service animals will be accommodated in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Wedding planner / coordinator
You are welcome to hire a wedding planner to assist in making your dream wedding everything you hope for and more. We will work with you and your planner to ensure that all goes according to your desire and plan. However, you do not have to hire a wedding planner or have a coordinator on site, Oasis staff will plan your day with you in detail ahead of time and keep everything moving efficiently the day of your wedding or event.
Parking
There is executive parking for four vehicles, including two handicap spaces. General parking is available for up to 20 vehicles on the estate and is a short walk from the venue.
Pool use
Pool use for swimming is an add for weddings and events. A certified lifeguard onsite is included in the package.
